If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. No reasons will be asked.

For refund or exchange, there are two things you should notice:

1. You may return or exchange your order within 7 days from the date you received the item.
2. You are responsible for shipping cost of returning item.

Lifetime Warranty

Every time you loose cards or find some cards missing, we can send them to you for free and will bear the shipping cost as well. If this request is made after the first month of the purchase, you will only bear the shipping cost. No proof is need, no limited times required.
