How do I register on CardDia Flashcards?

Simply click on Create an Account on the top-right corner of the page, then follow the instructions to set up a secure account. With this account, you can check your purchase history and the credits you earned.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we sell and ship our products worldwide. Simply input your shipping address during the checkout process. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We provide free shipping service with Standard Delivery.

For Express shipping or Priority shipping, we will charge based on the weight of the item, you will see the shipping fee during the checkout process. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting us with e-mail (carddia.flashcard@gmail.com). However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

How long will it take to delivery my purchase?

We will dispatch the items within 1 business day (or less) after your order is placed. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail once the item is dispatched.

It normally takes 2 business days with Priority Shipping, 3 - 8 business days with Express Shipping, and 9 - 12 business days with Standard Shipping.

How can I track my order delivery status?

The tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address once the order is shipped.
